"Latshaw Water Delivery saved our summer! We were in a bind with our pool—super cloudy and algae infested water—and Latshaw Water Delivery came through like absolute pros. From the moment we called, Latshaw Water Delivery was responsive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Joe (who initially filled our pool when we installed it) coordinated perfectly with our pool setup, used a vacuum to protect the liner, and delivered crystal-clear water right on time. To save the pool, the plan was to pump all the water out and start over with fresh, clean water. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and went way above and beyond to save our pool. When we were pumping the water out, Joe immediately noticed that water was coming in under the liner due to a possible spring. This happened even though we have two French-Drains installed. When Joe noticed this, he came up with a plan... 1.) Take the 3" pump that we used to pump the pool water out and bring it under the liner, which Joe did! He went under the liner and pumped all the water out with the 3" pump. This pump can remove 27,500 gallons in an hour, so even though it is quick, it was incredibly hot and humid, yet Joe went under the liner anyway. 2.) After the water was pumped out under the liner as quickly as we could, Joe snapped the liner back in, taped the vacuum up to suck out any air, and began to immediately fill the pool up with his water truck. This had to be timed within minutes, or we could have lost our liner. We also added shock right away as well, to kill any residual algae from the little bit of water left in the pool. Bottom line: I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Latshaw Water Delivery. Their trucks were clean, efficient, and maneuvered easily into our yard without any issues. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Thanks to them, our pool is full, sparkling, and ready for summer again.
